I’m a mom of 2 grown boys. I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 30 years, and we have 3 dogs that are now our babies. I love to travel, binge TV shows, and read a good book every now and then.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve been leading people and projects within a Fortune 100 Healthcare Company. I am Project Management Professional and a Certified Change Management Practitioner. I’ve also dabbled in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies. Being a leader of people has been my greatest success through their individual accomplishments and development.

In 2022, I opened my first Etsy shop, www.AMRetailTherapy.com. I needed a challenge and a hobby. Knowing how much I loved creative design, this seemed like the perfect opportunity. I named the shop after my 2 boys, A for Andrew and M for Matthew. Retail Therapy is just something I always say when I need to shop to relieve stress. At www.AMRetailTherapy.com, I make pretty much everything, from custom tumblers, pillows, t-shirts, sweatshirts, candles, journals, ornaments, totes, and much more. It’s been my creative outlet and I’ve had so much fun with it.

I’m always looking for new ways to challenge myself and learn new things. Over the years, I have acquired a portfolio of tools and templates that I’ve used to manage my schedule, business meetings, projects, change management, and even personal hobbies/interests.

Several months later in 2023, I decided to branch out with a second Etsy shop, SensiblePractice. This shop is all about Digital Creations such as Digital Planners, Journals, Reading journals, Editable business cards, Business Plan Templates, Data Visualization Templates, Project Templates, Printable Yearly Planners, Digital Art, etc. I wanted to connect my creative design with my professional skillset.
